We had a few outlets that were either not installed properly when we bought our house or didnt work properly. K&B responded to our service request within minutes and showed up a couple hours later to fix our issues. Very fast, quality service and they didnt seem to mind my asking stupid questions. Will definitely use them again.

After struggling to even find companies to come quote the work, I lucked out with Chris and his team. In his initial visit, Chris answered my questions and explained the reasoning behind his material choice in the quote. When doing the work, his team was professional and respectful. They paid close attention to detail. Chris was always reachable, and worked after hours to source products for me and answer my questions. If something needed changing or adjusting, he would have it dealt with in a timely manner. The job required a panel upgrade, and wiring for pergola lights and power to the shed. Pricing was competitive and fair. His team had to come back after the initial work due to a delay in wood for our pergola, but he carved time out of his schedule (showing good planning) and got the work done. Travis, who works on Chris' team, was efficient, professional, and also great to work with. We are SUPER happy with KB Electric.

I contacted KB Electric to install 9 light fixtures in my home. Chris was extremely professional, communicative, and solution-focused. While he was here we discovered an unrelated issue with some of our receptacles and he was able to get the problem resolved - to say he knows his stuff would be an understatement. It was great that they kept me apprised of everything....their arrival time, what work needed done, completed the necessary work and then communicated to confirm to me once the job was complete and their departure time.
