Rafael started a reno on our basement (plus replacing all the knob and tube in our house) just before the pandemic hit - and he managed to keep it going safely and complete it basically on time despite all the craziness in the world and with suppliers.
We were living with an older family member through it all, so Rafael or his team even picked up certain items for us that would normally have been our responsibility and came to pick up payments where we were living while the reno was going on.
We're very happy with the workmanship and the results. When there was a problem, Rafael solved it.
I'd recommend his company to anyone.
