Upon moving into a new-to-us condo, Steve assessed all the exterior locks and promptly replaced lock sets and door frame plates, provided the requested number of keys, and followed up with after-service inquiries re level of satisfaction.
He has performed similar service for other relatives, in both residential and commercial settings. Each service call includes recommendations for further steps.
