Nick's Developments

We were in need of raising the existing roof in the kitchen, it was a flat roof, low ceiling, less than 7 ft. It was boiling hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter only in this part of the house just because of this roof. We found Nick after searching around a few companies and he was easily the best choice. We needed the roof raised, and turned into a gable. In about 1 month after speaking to Nick, they came, ripped off the old roof, re-did the entire construction of the roof, raised the entire roof by over a foot, covered it, shingled, eaves-through were installed, fascia etc, and vinyl siding was installed to match the exiting one on the house. It looks fantastic, the interior ceiling is now more than 8 feet high in the kitchen. And the best part was that it was done in under 2 weeks. We would recommend Nick to anyone needing a repair to their roof. Great job guys!
