Poor workman quality and customer service.
Gutter repair performed did not last even a few months before it started leaking. Reached out to the service manager and have been getting a slow and reluctant response to fix the work within the warranty period.
Company got back to me after 9 months. Returned the money for the work that they were unable to complete.

You noted we replied to you in 9 months, which is false and misleading. We did respond to your messages within a timely manner, and because it was off-season in winter, no one came out to fix the issue until the new season in April.
We value your input and want to make things right. In doing so, we refunded the full cost back to you when last spoken a few months ago.
