If you want sloppy and unprofessional, this is your guy. Junior didnt bother to clean the neighbours property after power washing paint and cement off from the front porch - the neighbour was pretty upset that they had to clean their own porch themselves. He also removed portions of the porch railing that belonged to the neighbour without asking or apologizing after the neighbour noticed and was obviously unhappy. Junior will also show up on Saturday and Sunday and jack hammer outside of permitted bylaw hours. His painting is so sloppy - the quicker it gets done, the better! Save yourself the hassle.
