my washing machine broke and water started liking all over my hallway damaging my floor. I called inmediately for a water damage emergency and fresh start were able to come within 1 hour and control the flood. They were very kind and professional to me and explained every step of the process. Then they had to dry out my floors to make sure there was no moisture for mold growing and that was it. I really appreciated their service and would recommend them anytime.
