I have had a long standing issue with water penetrating through my stone chimney and entering into the basement. Danielle listened carefully to the history of attempted fixes, observed and assessed the situation and then came up with a plan to remedy the situation: namely, tuck pointing and sealing all visible cracks in the mortar, replaced a broken stone but most importantly, adding special flashing on the rooftop to divert rain water away from the problem area. This, even though it would not normally be his area of specialty, but then Danielle wanted to treat the issue as though it were his own home. In addition, though not asked for, he proceeded to fix loose or missing mortar throughout the perimeter of my home, in addition to the entry steps. Needless to say, I would not hesitate to recommend him or this company to anyone requiring masonry work.
