I have nothing but praise for DeSozio Homes! I contracted them to build my custom home last year and they met or exceeded all of our families expectations. Right from our first meeting in getting to know them they had our interests in mind.
We brought our home plans to a few other builders after I realized i wasn't going to be able to contract this out myself. After meeting with Nando and Frank, my wife and I knew they would be our guys. They made suggestions to the plans we brought forth in terms of design and function for our growing family, materials best suited to use and all with keeping in mind our best interests and happiness for this major investment in our lives.
They were very flexible in terms of bringing in different contractors if we preferred but for the most part, we did use DeSozio Homes preferred contractors. If there were ever any issues, a phone call to either Frank or Nando would be addressed in a timely fashion. They always got back to us immediately which is refreshing as dealing with contractors can sometimes feel like no one is around when something goes wrong. With Nando and Frank it was a very different situation. They would be their the same day or the latest the day after to go over any concerns we had with the project, issues with contractors or any design changes we had mid project. As anyone knows who has ever been through building a custom home it is never cookie cutter simple. Issues arise and designs change and they were always available to meet and go over these details.
These guys have great contacts in the building field in terms of the contractors and I would recommend any one of them. The places they sent us to pick materials and finishes were top notch and had something for everyone and every price category with what seemed like way too many options. Nando and Frank always offered us great advice and very truthful in terms of why we should use certain materials and which ones to stay away from. The thing that sticks with me when talking to these guys is that they always say we build houses we would want our own families to be proud to live in.
I can certainly say they accomplished that in the home they built for my family. We couldn't be happier with the product they produced. They turned our dreams on paper into a reality that we can enjoy for a long time. I can't say enough good things about these guys and their company. It really was a great experience overall. Of course you go through many emotions when making a large investment like this but they were able to manage our expectations and deal with us in a positive and productive way so that at the end of the day we were happy.
