BlueStone Stucco

We were having water coming into the house and we couldn't determine where it was but we suspected it was something to do with the Stucco work done to the house from the previous owner. We found Blue Stone Stucco on HomeStars and Erol replied quickly. He was the most responsive and provided the most transparent feedback about the situation. He set expectations that once he cut the Stucco where the water damage was, it could expose a bigger problem.

Sure enough, there was significant damage that required replacing 60% of the stucco on the east wall. Erol made sure to show me any new damage as he uncovered more stucco. I appreciated this because these frequent updates set expectations of what the final cost was going to be.

The workmanship was stellar and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest and hardworking company.

Birol was professional and expedient. He repaired several areas of damage to the exterior of our home by filling then returning to stucco the repair to match the existing colour and left the remaining stucco with us for future repairs. I would both recommend him and call him again.

The Work was done on time with a very good workmanship and quality of work was exceptional , the crew were self sufficient and cleaned up after the work was completed .

I had two sets of bay windows, previously vinyl sided, refaced with stucco by bluestone stucco. The baywindows in the backyard are a two story bay window installation, and one on the side of the house is a single story bay window (ground level). The back yard stucco installation was particularly nice, with tasteful and classy looking framing built up out of insulation. The side bay windows were done in a much more utilitarian fashion and don't look as nice -- I think that they didn't bother framing any border because the window is harder to see -- however, they are clean looking and should be much warmer than the previous plain siding.

I'd recommend hiring a separate contractor for the caulking work, as bluestone's caulking was somewhat messy looking, and detracts from the otherwise classy stucco installation.

We had cracks to the exterior back stucco of our home. We tried to repair it ourselves but the colour did not match and it looked very patchy. Erol contacted me the same day and came out to give a quote. We needed the job done within a week. Erol completed the job within the week. He and his team were very professional. They did a fantastic job and touched up areas we didn't even request.

Our stucco on the back of the house and on the pillars of the stairs was cracked and chipping off, allowing water into the seams and damaging the underlying brick. Erol and his brothers (lovely, friendly people) patched all the cracked and chipped areas, applied mesh and new stucco and then painted it to make it look new. I also asked for some touchups on trim which we added to the job later, and they did the area I requested and two other areas to ensure the colours all matched. They are friendly, professional and hard working guys and it was a pleasure to have worked with them. I recommended them to some friends the day after they finished!

Erol did an outstanding job repairing and improving our exterior foundation wall. It wash was cracked and flaking and water was seeping into the basement. Although it was a relatively small job, Erol took the time to discuss options, provide advice, explain the process and show us different finishes - very professional. He completed the job on time and on budget as he said he would. Excellent work, clean lines, smooth finish. Can't say enough good things about them. We would hire BlueStone stucco again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.
