Mark worked on remodeling my main floor and upstairs bathroom. The drywall and trim work was the best I’ve ever had done. He laid all the new flooring as well. All the tile work in the bathroom was immaculate.

Mark did several great jobs for us in 2019. We first contacted him to fix part of our fence that was falling over. He did a great job and from there he fixed our shed. We hired him again in the fall and he did some work to keep water from pooling near the house and also did tiling work in our master bathroom. I can’t say enough positive things... he made good suggestions and ended up saving us some money. Good guy and we’d hire him again for sure.

Mark is great, installs anything you need and does it with great professionalism. Definitely hire for all your handyman jobs. Price is always right on and fair. He is able to work around your schedule and is always pleasant.

Mark was very meticulous, and we were so happy with my front porch I had him do some renovation in the kitchen.

Mark from Helping Hands came by to quote on a series of fixes we needed to prevent some potentially large problems in the future (a rogue post causing issues all along one side of our fence and gate and replacing the roof on our shed). He was professional, offered a very fair price compared to other quotes, was fast and everything looks like new. We will be using him for some other projects later this year and our neighbors have asked for his contact info after seeing the work. he did a great job for us.

We noticed that the previous installers of our kitchen cabinets had not put them in correctly putting them at risk of falling off the wall. Mark made time in his busy schedule to come by and take a look. He was able to quickly make the right repairs to ensure that we could use the cabinets without worry.

We highly recommend Mark's work. We needed help on what to do with our Basement Apartment faucet that was leaking. We called 4 different contractors for assistance and quotes and Mark was the first to call us back and came to see us that same day which was great. Mark was very professional and provided us with a few options and made some very good suggestion on where to purchase the parts we needed to complete the work. Mark was very transparent and honest with us during the entire process. That same night he was out sourcing the parts for us and sending us text photos of what he found for us to choose from. After we made our choices Mark set up a day and time to come in to do the work that suited our schedule which was great. During the entire process Mark kept us apprised of each step he was taking and what he was doing which was very comforting. There was a little issue that came up which was not seen when we looked at the work that needed to be done as it was hidden, but this did not deter Mark in getting it right or taking advantage and charging us for the extra work. Mark took on the extra work to ensure the satisfaction of the finished product was done right and stayed on track with the original quote to us not charging us extra for the extra work and part needed. When the work was completed we were so pleased with the results and excellent quality of work. Mark also was so careful when he was working to use covers to protect the floor and other area's of his work space and then afterwards cleaned up everything like he was never there. In the end he showed us step by step what he did and it look amazing! Mark has a strong desire to "get it right". When he's not satisfied with the finished product, he'll go back at it until he and the customer is fully satisfied. When you own a home you always have some kind of work that needs to get done and if you are not able to do it yourself it is great to have someone you can trust to do the work right and within your budget. We will definitely be calling on Mark again and highly recommending him to our friends and family.

We highly recommend Mark's work. Our house had a significant rebuild done to it as a result of water damage. The original contractor was a disaster and another company was brought in to try to fix the poor work they had done but to no avail. We crossed our fingers and hoped for "third time's the charm" and that's when Mark came on the job. Mark assessed what needed to be done including where to totally rebuild and what could be repaired. At all points in the process, he kept us apprised of each step he was taking and why he was doing the work a certain way. The highlight of the project was a half column that needed to be replaced. The previous contractors had insisted that the original column could not be sourced anymore and that they would only be able to supply a column that would never have been our first choice. When they installed it, it looked horrible. In contrast, Mark indicated that he would be happy to build the column in a mirror image of the original...from scratch! Mark patiently and meticulously built the same column ensuring we got the same look as the original. We were so pleased! In addition to the column, Mark's work on our trim and crown molding in addition to skimming and sanding all our hallway walls that were roughly finished by the previous contractor, was excellent. What really stands out is his strong desire to "get it right". When he's not satisfied with the finished product, he'll go back at it until he and the customer is fully satisfied.
