Sam was very detailed from the beginning and was very informative. Recommended suppliers for tiles as well as flooring and we got great products for great prices. Couldn't be happier with the finished product. Completed the job with the timeline he provided. I would highly recommend Sam as he is someone who is very honest from the beginning, sets clear expectations and gets the job done on time. Thank you Sam and team for doing an amazing job.

RC Construction did our entire home renovation and they finished a 3 bedroom walkout basement. They built a masterpiece in my basement, allocating 1 bedroom to us and the the rest they build a beautiful 2 bedroom rental unit. Starting from demolition to getting supplies and getting rid of the garbages, they coordinated everything smoothly.
RC Construction renovated our old oak stairs to modern piano stairs with metal pickets. They remodelled all the bedrooms and washrooms. They changed our carpets to hardwood floors, changed our tiles to modern tiles, replaced our entire kitchen with modern colours and up-to-date quarts and waterfall design island. They designed amazing wainscoting on the main floor walls, did the entire house painting, created waffle ceilings, upgraded our baseboards and trims. They also coordinated our electric and plumbing systems, they have an excellent team of electrician and plumbers. They connected us with great electricians who helped hang our chandeliers, did our pot lights, installed our new appliances.
RC Construction created an art piece. The final product turned out amazing. Our house now looks bright, beautiful and modern due to the excellent choice of design, paint and colours.
We as a family are very pleased with how professional and communicative they were throughout the process.

They do what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it and I had no issues and no problems for the first time ever! Not only did they renovate as promised, but they finished earlier than expected. They are really professional, punctual and the payment method was very convenient.
I would use this company for every reno job and highly recommend them as they were highly recommended to me!

The guys at RC construction were nothing but great from start to finish. They did their best to accommodate everything we wanted for our complete basement renovation. It wasn't an easy job by any means. Surprises kept popping up but the found solutions or worked around it as best as they could. We were completely happy with everything they did. They were completely respectful and considerate while doing the work also. They even came back after the work was done to fix small things that popped up. If you're looking to get some renovations don't do yourself and favor and give them a call.

We were recommended RC Construction from a family friend and turns out it’s the worst advice ever received. We were thrilled with the finished product until a month in when we started noticing water damage surrounding our brand new shower. Shortly after, we found our toilet was leaking water. Then the bathroom floor tiles started separating from the floor losing all the grout and feeling movement. Then they started cracking. Then we noticed water stains in the kitchen ceiling beneath the bathroom. We reached out to the company and received in writing that they would return and fix all the issues - we haven’t heard from them since May, it’s now mid October. We have given them plenty of chances to return our correspondence, they are actively avoiding our phone calls. We have no choice but to seek legal action to try and either have them return to fix the issues or recoup the money and hire a new contractor to fix our disaster of an ensuite.
