Kitchen Mania

I waited several months to post an update, wanting to see how our Kitchen reno would hold up. Abbas worked very hard to fulfil my expectations (I'm Type A personality) he was patient with my endless supply of questions/concerns throughout the project. The end result is beautiful and the kitchen cabinets and custom wood shelving is holding up nicely. Abbas, faced a few hurdles when his right hand man quit during our project, but he worked in overdrive to complete the project. I would recommend Abbas for anybody who is on a tight budget-he will work with you for options and source what you need to get your dream kitchen. What we did not plan was the width of the cabinets was smaller than the ones we'd torn out. As a result some of our hardwood flooring (which we were not replacing) was exposed-therefore showing the old original flooring. We had to madly (within 24 hours) source the wood flooring we'd replaced 2 years prior. Thankfully it was still in stock! measurement is key with any reno. We also did not budget to replace our fridge, oven-something we also had to do, based on measurements/aesthetics. Make sure you triple check measurements- even an inch will make a difference. Be patient with the process, your in good hands with Abbas.

We enjoyed working with Abbas on two projects, our kitchen(bathroom vanity too) renovation(new cabinets and counters) and our foyer renovation(new tile floor, wall removal, new closet,counters and cupboards and powder room renovation. Both jobs Abbas was great to work with, able to work within our needs and with what we wanted but with great ideas and help to make things better. Very affordable and fair. On time and great,courteous and friendly crew working with him. Easy going and very accommodating to work within your schedule to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Highly recommend.

We're working with Abbas. Early stages- will update when project complete. Abbas has been nothing but professional, spent several hours with us on the weekend, been patient and most of all has not upsold us like the other contractors. I'll update when project complete- but so far- Abbas has proven to have integrity!

Abbas and Kitchen Mania delivered a kitchen that was absolutely magnificent. He was communicative, on schedule and took a attention to detail approach that was so great to see.

He understood the vision of what we wanted for the kitchen and oversaw every detail.

As an example, he was able to source a company to match the crown molding in the house and he made sure to be on site to oversee their installation of the molding.

They took pride in their workmanship and you see that in the finished product.

Abbas kept in contact after the job completion to check in and see if there were any deficiencies to follow up on. Just wonderful customer service that is seldom experienced today.

I highly recommend Kitchen Mania, a truly honest and top tier workmanship and care.

We have renovated our kitchen, Vanity and laundry room with kitchen Mania just few days back. Earlier project would have been completed in max 10 days but took almost a month to complete (one them is also covid 19 reason). Few details...

Pros ...
--> Very friendly
--> Accommodate all custom designs
--> More detailed
--> Stone work is marvellous

--> Very Hard working
--> Also accommodate your extra need (other than kitchen)

Cons...
--> Single handed army
--> Had to rely more on wood company and stone company (that took long time)
--> Other than kitchen cabinet work, you need to find and call separate professionals on your own , i.e. electrician

Suggestions
--> Please took all details and include every details in your project before starting..coz every change later on will cost you more $$$$$ than anticipated with added time as well.

Whatever the cons are but final result is very good, my small, 10'*18' kitchen looks really spacious and beautiful..we are very happy.. Thanks Kitchen Mania will work together in future again...

Kitchen Mania, did a fantastic job for my kitchen renovation, so happy we have found them. I received several quote from various contractor and ultimately decided to move forward with Kitchen Mania's expertises, efficiency and great price.
They started and finished all the job in timely manner. They listened to what I wanted and needed and was able to bring it to life.
Even my kitchen was done a over month ago and still called the owner for some assistance and was very helpful.

We contracted Kitchen Mania for our kitchen upgrade which included the cabinets and the counter tops and also the bathroom vanities and we are extremely satisfied with the with the final result. We did contact other companies however they quoted much higher than what Alex did, which doesn't mean the product quality was compromised, the counter tops are beautiful quartz and the cabinet are really well made and is of a very good quality. He also gave us a beautiful large sink. The price that Alex quotes is very fair. Alex was very thorough with the measurements and he is extremely polite and also is accommodating with the changes even after the contract has been signed off.
