Poor customer service, always having to follow up, and defective work. Lots of garbage, had to follow up to have that taken care of. Roof work completed without setting plumbing stacks straight. Shingles missed etc.

My sincere apologies a lot of this is information that was not brought to my attention as you did not inform me
The only deficiency that you brought to my attention was the fact that the plumber pipes were installed on an angle which they were installed by your plumber not our roofers and without hesitation when it was brought to my attention I went to your house and corrected it
As this was a new construction and we completed your roof in the dead of winter through Highwinds and snow I did explain to you we would have to come back in the spring into a cleanup
As far as the equipment on your roof there is an anchor left on your roof which I informed you we would not be able to remove it until spring due to the fact that your roof was covered in stone
You stand behind her work 100% if there was an issue or still is an issue we would take care of it without any delay
