A bit of miscommunication abt the appointment (same day) but Desmond recovered with grace, cheerfulness and careful work. He found the problem quickly - a burnt out relay - repaired it and was conscientious in making sure the compressor area, coils and grills were well vacuumed. Painless and a relief after hauling out spoiled food.

Desmond was prompt to respond to my inquiry and was very easy to deal with and communicate with before visiting. He did a good thorough diagnostic and found the problem, was transparent with me from the start, was able to get the necessary part and swiftly repaired my dishwasher. Was honest and would use his services again!
