Called Desmond to inquire about a washer issue in the afternoon, he made it to the property and repaired the issue the same evening. After running the diagnostic test he confirmed it was the spin motor issue. He was knowledgeable and came prepared with the replacement part. Very pleased with his service and the fact that he made it a priority to resolve the issue the same day.
