Max, the technician, reached to us right away and set up an appointment the day after the request on Homestars was made. They were on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part, and fixed the dryer to our satisfaction. Very professional and gave us a six month warranty. The only issue is the cost of $100 to come take a look at the issue which wasnt deducted from the price so it was a little pricey for a half hour job.
