Unmatched professionalism, very easy to deal with and most importantly puts the customer first. I had requested Maydone to install an over the range microwave I had bought from a big box store. They completed installation but they noticed that the microwave door was defective probably due to incorrect handling by the courier. They offered to come back once the store has replaced the unit. They came back a second time, unfortunately the replacement unit also came badly damaged due to handling again. I ended up getting a new one from a local shop for which they came back to re-install the new unit. Given that the new unit was a different model, it was almost a full re-install. Max and company readily did the work and completed the install. Both times that they came back, they never asked for additional payment -- they understood my frustration with the vendor/courier and really helped me out. This is how you gain a customer for life!
