DP Construction did a very proffesional, friendly job of installing new laminate flooring in our home. Sasha the installer was very polite and friendly and was very kind to my family and pets. The job was 10/10 and my family is very happy with the finished floors. We would be happy to re-hire DP Construction again for any future projects.

Highly regret I hired him to renovate my house, paint runs and blemishes on the walls, baseboards with uneven corners and cracks, he tried to build an access door to my bath tub and now I have a huge gap between tiles, when I pointed out he shrugged his shoulders and said he's never done it before. Asked numerous times to paint my house in matte paint, he neglected to listen and brought the cheapest latex based paint so he could save $$$. Now I'm hiring another person to re do my walls. He never finished my house but already rushed to another object saying that he will be doing touch ups on a weekends, needless to say you don't want any construction noise on your day off. One of the floor panels moved under the baseboard creating an inch wide gap, showed him a pic & he refused to accept it saying that it was a pic from a different house! Door casings are literally hanging above the ground and the gaps are filled with white caulking! He constantly tells you that he is either UNexperienced OR that nobody does it this or that way. I payed him 80% (23,000) but the work done is nowhere close to that number. Last but not least I find him a bit lazy and thus he will cut corners anywhere he sees a chance.
