Hired Kent and Justin to do some work on a rental unit as well as build a fence and deck in my primary home.
Fact paid them $3000 to do work that had to be ripped out and redone.
Fact-Justin would report to work location between the hours of 10-11 daily and would often depart by 4.
Fact- it was stated verbally and in email the job would be done in 4-5 days we were entering week 5 and the drywall was not finished.
Fact-we paid them $4000 deposit on the second job but fired them the week before due to the shoddy work and routinely not showing up to the first job.
Fact- Kent advised he did not have our money and required 4 weeks to reimburse us.
Fact-Kent stated we owed him money for the first job that wasn't completed and had to be redone.
Fact- we gave Kent and Justin the 4 weeks requested to reimburse us.
Fact- they did NOT reimburse us.
Fact-Kent sent some woman to our house when I was not present to drop off a cease and desist notice, not notarized by a JP or lawyer and handed it to my daughter after implying that she wasn't telling the truth because she said she wasn't me.
Fact- I have been in contact with two other victims that they have done similar things too.
Fact- I am filing fraud charges against them as they need to stop.
Fact/ this information is true and Kent Wiseman seems to think I am spreading malicious gossip when all I'm stating are THE FACTS!
The final fact. Everything I have documented is supported by actual evidence via email, text and bank statements.
