Southcoast Screens

Avoid ordering from Southcoast and Ryan. I ordered 2 window screens, 1 balcony slide, and 1 window AC insert plexiglass from Ryan on July 26, 2022 for $580. Screens were delivered on August 30, but the AC insert plexiglass was forgotten in another van. After paying in full, I was ghosted and given excuses when I tried to follow up on the missing item. It is now Feb 2023, and I still have not received the AC insert plexiglass or a refund for the partial job. I reported the complaint to the Better Business Bureau but have not received a reply. Do not repeat my mistake; there are other reliable screen companies out there.
