Poor Customer Service, Results promised were never delivered..

Stay Clear of this company, They talk a good game, but don't deliver at all .. I felt like I had been taken advantage of, I trusted them and they are good at making excuses, like the weather and other jobs... bottom line is their product sucks! It doesn't hold up to there promise ... I guess it was a red flag, when you can never actually get a real person when calling, only leave a message.. so no access by email or phone at all. At least this pesky duct cleaning calls actually have a person on the other end!
Also a review on any site that is 10 out of 10 is another red flag again ... no company is perfect !
