From start to finish, this company far exceeded my expectations! From the initial home visit with Walter, to the actual installation with another Walter, BOTH Walters and the entire crew were detail oriented, meticulous with installation and very thorough. I replaced all windows, two glass patio doors, the front door and the garage door. The end results were beautiful and made a huge difference in the curb appeal and energy efficiency of my home. Some of my neighbours are also getting quotes from Better View because they were also impressed. We got all our old Windows replaced with brand new windows from Betterview Solutions, not just windows we also got brand new Main door, Patio door & Garage door. We are very happy with their service, quality of their products and installation process. All our household items were covered with plastic wrap before they begun working and after finishing the work they cleaned up. They did everything on time and finished their job efficiently. I would definitely recommend using Betterview Solutions if youre thinking about getting new windows and doors. Walter and his crew are all amazing people & they do incredible work. I continue to stand by a 5-star review I wrote about 5 years ago after my beautiful windows were installed by Better View Solutions. This is a company that follows through with its after sales support in a prompt and diligent manner. I have had a couple of minor issues over the past 5 years which may have been the result of normal wear and tear from the elements or structural changes in the house and their help was just a phone call away. Better View Solutions gladly addressed them in a prompt and effective manner. Their staff are very thorough assessing the issues, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would like to thank Better View Solutions and highly recommend them.

Great and super competitive prices, answering all my questions, showing great knowledge regarding their products and our needs.
The installation crew has to be mentioned, too. Really professional, with air sealing around the windows, taking care of details (they complete the install with framing, caulking and sanding), leaving everything clean and completing the job in just a couple of days (we installed 11 windows and 2 doors)
