Jon, despite having been given the wrong sized glass pane, cheerfully and expertly set about replacing a kitchen window that had accidentally been broken by window cleaners. Jon went to great pains to acquire and to provide us with a sealant that mirrored the paint colour of the surrounding frame structure. Both his workmanship and attitude were outstanding.
