My wife and I purchased a beautiful 4-bedroom home, newly built by Afshin.
It is a superbly designed family home, with features that are both stylish
and practical. We especially like the modern feel of the home, which has
high ceilings, lots of light and a main floor that is mostly open concept.
The home also has many smart and programmable features, such as thermostat,
lighting, built in speakers, camera and security system, and in ground
sprinklers.

As soon as we moved in to our new home, Afshin made himself available, in
person at our house as well as by phone/email/text, whenever we needed him.
When we had questions about how some things work, especially some of the
smart features, Afshin answered these questions quickly and knowledgeably.
Even in a well-built home such as ours, there are some minor issues and questions that arise during the first year or so after occupancy. When we reported anything to Afshin, he understood what needed to be done and where necessary he arranged for his quality tradespeople to visit our house.
