Just had my A/C serviced by Andrew (outstanding job). He introduced me to their service plans and I have signed up. Great customer serice, on time, and know their stuff! Continued success!

We were experiencing a problem with our almost 10 year old furnace. We called Air Source as they installed a new AC for us a couple years back. They connected us within 24 hours with their technician Andrew. Andrew was very knowledgeable. He made some adjustments that have corrected the problem and saved us from having to replace the entire motor. He also helped us with the humidifer which we weren't using properly. Overall, Andrew provided excellent service to us. He was prompt, skilled at addressing the issues and communicated these well with us. We are glad we reached out to Air Source!

AIR SOURCE supplied and installed a gas insert and installed a new hot water tank. Steven and the back-end team were outstanding all along the way. The service was superb, both online, on the phone, and in person. Steven was very knowledgeable, laid out different options for me, and was very open and honest, and I truly felt he had my best interests in mind and wanted me to be happy in the end with my decision (at no point did I feel pressured to buy or close the deal, or being upsold on anything), which is truly rare to find in my (lengthy) experience working with various tradesmen and companies related to my home. AIR SOURCE exceeded my expectations all along the way, which included shipping my hot water heater to Steven's home address when I ran short on options during COVID! Paying for everything online was very slick and easy to do- the website is great, as is the back office if I needed to talk to someone over the phone. Our hot water tank died and we were without hot water. Steve's advice on a replacement helped make the choices much easier.

The Air Source team was there the next day with the new system. The installation was a little tricky, but the finished results are very neat and professional.

The prices were reasonable and the additional maintenance advice was unexpected and appreciated. I would trust the team to provide any additional services I may need.

We had AirSource replace our oil furnace with propane and they were very easy to have in our home!! James and Cole were polite and very clean even laying down a carpet so they didn’t dirty the floors!! The furnace is perfect and heats our house more efficiently than our old one! Definitely recommend AirSource in the future!! Thanks guys!!

Long story short I purchased a stove from Lowe’s and wanted electric and the stove with the options I wanted only came in gas and after battling all the options I contacted this company that was referred by a friend and they said they could come and do it and it would be stress free for me and that was exactly how it worked.

The installation crew was very professional and performed clean well thought out work. They really made sure I was fully satisfied with the product. I have been very happy with the products and will be using them to service my existing gas fire places as well. Josh and James provided excellent customer service and responded immediately . A/C went just as summer began so Air Source was understandably busy. They made time to accommodate my schedule, coming after hours to get a new unit in as quickly as possible. And at a great price. Highly recommended for quality service

Josh and his team were able to rescue us when our air conditioning died during the heat wave. They were here very quickly and did a wonderful job. They kept everything clean and before they even started, talked to us about all the pros and cons of different units so we felt comfortable in what we were getting. Within a day had a brand new unit! Super professional crew and a shout-out to Chris! Would recommend to friends or family!
