Air Source Home Comfort

I would highly recommend Air Source and Comfort for anyone looking to service their furnace. Staff were pleasant and professional. Lukas the HVAC technician took time to explain what he was doing, and was extremely polite. Most definitely a reputable company. I will not hesitate to use them again!

I called a few places to get service but didn't work out. I called this company and i was scheduled within a few days.
The service technician was friendly and very competent. He knew exactly what he was doing. Price very fair. I definitely recommend this company.

Rayne and Josh were here last week installing a new water heater. They were excellent! They made sure we fully understood everything before they left and even made friends with our dogs and pet pig! Would highly recommend!

Wednesday morning we awoke to no heat just the fan running. My daughter, owner fo several properties suggested the only company she would use was Air Source. One call to Jordan and 2 technicians arrived mid day. After several tests they determined the 18yr old furnace had to be replaced and was red tagged. Doug, (sales) came that evening and was very informative as to replacements. A quote was received early next day and we gave the go ahead. Friday, Josh and Rayne returned and replaced the furnace. As a former servce mgr. with a large HVAC company in Toronto, I was impressed with their workmanship and knowledge. I can only say how happy we were to have called the right company and will now have them install a heat pump to reduce our propane usage.

Complete process from Sales to Install was very efficient. Installation by Rayne and Josh was excellent. They are very personable, thorough and knowledgeable.

Seems every time I call these guys they do their utmost due diligence to be on top of any time I call them I am a service person up at Blue Mountain and look after quite a few rental properties and odd homes here and there anytime that I have called them whether it be on a weekend for an emergency or during the week they are on top of serving the community that I work with the service technicians are always respectful do their best to be able to get your furnace or AC back up and running within a 24-hour period as with anything sometimes parts need to be replaced so it does take time to get them which these guys are on top of it at any given time again whether it is a weekend or not or even a long weekend I highly recommend taking the time to give them a call and have them show you who they are from my respect I would say they are family when it comes to dealing with them now to talk about their personnel that comes around to size up if you need to replace something takes the time to take pictures of what is originally there for what space they have to use takes all of his measurements as an exorbitant amount of questions just to make sure that they are bringing in the right product for your home and your family to explain the image below that is my brand new furnace in my house the furnace that they took out was over 30 years old and they replace it with this Brand New York furnace

I am very happy to recommend Air Source Home Comfort for any heating, air conditioning or water heater work. The guys did the installation work quickly and professionally. It was a small job, but they were interested in doing the right work to make this a successful upgrade to our basement heating system.
