They were quick to respond, came at the right to take the measurements and ETA given was of 2 weeks for new blinds to be ready, however they were done sooner and removed the older ones and fixed the new ones in less than hour (3 doors & 3 Windows), new blinds looks amazing as per their recommendation.

Charles was amazing to work with - super responsive and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable as well. I hired him to fix a broken blind chain and clutch in my condo unit for my tenant. My tenant was happy with the result, and Charles followed up with photos of the completed job. Would definitely recommend!

This was a stellar experience from start to finish. Charlie is a gem to work with. He came to measure the 2 windows I had originally requested quotes for automated blind. He was so polite and honest that I asked for additional quotes on 3 more windows.
He provided many options available, and we worked together to choose the right fit.
The quote was very reasonable for all 5 windows.
He came in on time, was professional and courteous during installation, took great care over his work and I couldn't be happier.

We had Charles helped us measuring and installing the new blinds at our new house. He explained everything that I asked about which style and material would be the best fit for our house.
