Cool Wave Cleaning

This is my second time using Leons services. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the end result. He cleaned a new house we moved into which had severe smoke smell from last 30 years. He came to my house to provide a detailed quote and answered all my questions. A week before my job he reached out to confirm all the details. He showed up right on time ready to work. He used protective covering under his machines to protect all our flooring. He cleaned out all the air ducts and sanitized, getting rid of smoky smells. He had proper cleaning supplies and equipment to provide a nicotine wash for walls and ceilings. He treated our carpet with appropriate treatment and cleaned it beautifully it looks brand new and all discolouration and smell was removed. He cleaned and polished all the floors throughout the rest of the house. All tile and grout, including tub walls were thoroughly deep cleaned. Lastly, he fogged the house with a deodorizer to remove any remaining smells. By the time he completed the job the house smelled and looked brand new with NO trace of smoke!!! He did everything he said he was going to do with 110% effort and his hard work really shows! I will definitely use him again in the future.
