As a Real Estate agent, a very common concern is buyers want the sellers to warrant working appliances. Tech Forward offers an awesome service (at a very affordable cost) where they will inspect the appliances then give a warranty to the sellers to pass on to the new owners. A win-win for everyone.
A recent client used their services and they were thrilled.
I absolutely recommend Tech Forward.
