Paul and his team did a phenomenal job restoring our basement following water damage from the severe rain / flooding that hit the city in July. Paul was incredibly transparent at the start regarding scope and timing, and provided lots of follow-up pictures and status updates. The whole job was done on time and was very high quality. Our second major project with Acon was a kitchen reno (first project was a bathroom reno). As in the past, Acon (Mike and Paul) completed the (kitchen) project on time, provided excellent expertise and workmanship at all stages of the project, were thorough in both work and communications, and were always pleasant to work with. With their guidance, the initial design of key aspects of the project was also significantly improved. Lastly, their fees are transparent and reasonable.
