Excellent service and communication, minor delay.

Jessie reached out to our request for window and eaves cleaning. On the day of the cleaning, unfortunately, they were delayed due to unforseen issues at an earlier job. The delay was about 5 hours. However, we did receive an update and apology for the delay.
The service itself was good, no complaints there.
