Colter Renovations

In September 2019 Colter Renovation was secured to do basement renovations for a unfinished basement. The project was projected to take up to 8 weeks to complete including city inspection as per the city permit requirements. By week 6 his team only did initial framing, electrical rough-in, installation of side entrance & windows. After receiving 80% of the budgeted amount he disappeared for 3 weeks. In addition he did not pay fully his electrician which resulted in us taking him to small claims court. I had to replace him with another contractor.
This has been a unfortunate experience.
