Salesperson Laura was excellent. 6 Windows installed on same day. I Had one concern which was addressed by James Webster service manager within half hour of phone call. Amazing service.

From sales to install the process with really smooth, one little hiccup was dealt with really quickly and they were able to install faster than expected! Marko’s crew did a great job on the install, very friendly and super fast! They definitely know they’re stuff! Will recommend them and use them again!

We had to have a repair done to the mechanism on a door that we had installed 4 years ago. The technician, Ian, was very good. He repaired it quickly . He was very professional and followed health guidelines. I would definitely recommend !!!!!

I wasn't home at the time of the work, but when I got home that night, wow! awesome job and no mess left behind. great job. now with a new door the wind is sealed out.

I was concerned about my brinks being cut to remove my existing windows to install the garden doors but is was a very professional installation, very satisfied with the job.

Installation still ongoing. Installers come out with half of the windows needed. Installed windows and then the shutters would not fit. Still a work in progress and waiting for a resolution.

We recently replaced a number of exterior doors and windows through Nordik.
Shortly after installation, we noticed some issues with the window closing mechanisms: one was VERY hard to close and another window that didn't latch at all. We also noticed some small imperfections in the seal around our front door so we called for a service appointment. Ian was absolutely outstanding. He was able to quickly identify and solve the issues with the window latching systems, and will be replacing the piece around the front door. He is knowledgeable, extremely efficient and offered to go the extra step and look into an unrelated concern with our caulking colour. We knew our concerns would be resolved because of the great warranty on the windows, but did mot expect to receive such high degree of service. We have replaced windows and doors before (through other companies) but we are so much happier with the product and service we are receiving with Nordik.

Showed up on time, great team, fantastic work and very clean. I am thrilled with the outcome of my windows. I will most definitely have Nordik back in the future.

Nordik did an amazing job from start to finish. The sales rep Laura made us look at Nordik instead of other quotes. Ben the installer did a great job and finished very nicely.

Tommy & Antonio were great. They worked efficiently & with great care. Tommy answered all my questions & when the work was completed he explained all the work that they did in great detail. I would recommend Nordik to all my friend & family.
