Jessy and Chahem guided us through the entire process - from understanding the "look" we were trying to achieve to selecting the right product that would do that while ensuring it would be safe and stable for years to come. They took the time to see our space before starting to ensure a proper foundation, and were open about costs, timelines and next steps. Despite COVID delays that impacted many other steps in our renovation, everything was done in less than 2 weeks. We wouldn't hesitate using them for our next project!

We recently replaced a number of exterior doors and windows through Nordik. Shortly after installation, we noticed some issues with the window closing mechanisms: one was VERY hard to close and another window that didn't latch at all. We also noticed some small imperfections in the seal around our front door so we called for a service appointment. Ian was absolutely outstanding. He was able to quickly identify and solve the issues with the window latching systems, and will be replacing the piece around the front door. He is knowledgeable, extremely efficient and offered to go the extra step and look into an unrelated concern with our caulking colour. We knew our concerns would be resolved because of the great warranty on the windows, but did mot expect to receive such high degree of service. We have replaced windows and doors before (through other companies) but we are so much happier with the product and service we are receiving with Nordik.
