The 2 gentlemen that installed my patio door where incredible. They were very professional. Thank you Nordik windows for the experience I will definitely order again in the near future.

Nordik is likely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. What seemed to start out fine, turned into a nightmare. We were having a number of rectangle and shaped (triangle) windows replaced. The shaped windows were made wrong multiple times and required multiple days having to be home to allow for remeasuring and multiple attempts to install wrongly manufactured windows. There were also a couple of occasions where they were scheduled to come and didn't show up. They even tried to have us accept windows that were too small for two openings, as they felt that was the best they could do. In the end, they managed to make them right, but did not offer any kind of compensation or consideration for all of the inconvenience. It seems they feel it is not unreasonable to have a customer spend so many days waiting for them to do a job right.

If we hadn't filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I don't believe the job would be done now (after nearly 11 months of follow up). This company seems to have grown too fast and has not been able grow it's customer service to match.

Gave a 1 out of 10, as they seem to do rectangle windows okay.....as long as you don't need any follow up.

Best advice - Stay Away from Nordik!

Guys installed the windows fast and efficient thanks! They look great ! And did about 12 windows in one day!

Ordered 5 replacement windows, a sliding door and Orleans fibreglass front door (excluding hardware). Jacob came and provided a quote fairly quickly. Despite a very long turnaround from ordering to install (i am still waiting on my doors), the windows were ready fairly quickly and were installed yesterday. Our installer was pleasant and professional and worked tirelessly all day and into the evening and did a great job cleaning up as well. I am very happy with the quality of these windows, so much so that I plan on replacing 2 more!

Overall my door replacement was good. Quality of door is amazing. Installation , corking was good. But silicon job was not satisfied. We have to redo.

We needed to have a few windows replaced as well as wanting a new, more modern door. Rick was fantastic! Highly professional and well equipped to answer all our questions. He worked with us to get the best for our budget! I am so thrilled with the designs he came up with and cannot wait for the finished product! Thank you Richard and Nordik Windows!!

If I would write all the issues we had with this company, I would need to write a novel. Their windows come delivered in back of a cube van, no rapping, scratched and or not working.

Their service managers change every other day, likely because they are constantly getting bombarded with customer complaints and are constantly leaving the company.

Almost every window, has an issue or mechanical problem, and my bill is approx. $70,000, this is not a discount service, you should expect more when paying this amount. They have been working on my house for 1 year. They are constantly remaking windows and then deliver them and find our that they are the wrong size or they made they wrong windows. My wife Sandra Tosti, has been working with a bunch of their service managers for over a year, with zero resolution at this point. We are contemplating legal assistance and action, as we are now moving into the house, and are windows are still not working.
