Nordik is likely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. What seemed to start out fine, turned into a nightmare. We were having a number of rectangle and shaped (triangle) windows replaced. The shaped windows were made wrong multiple times and required multiple days having to be home to allow for remeasuring and multiple attempts to install wrongly manufactured windows. There were also a couple of occasions where they were scheduled to come and didn't show up. They even tried to have us accept windows that were too small for two openings, as they felt that was the best they could do. In the end, they managed to make them right, but did not offer any kind of compensation or consideration for all of the inconvenience. It seems they feel it is not unreasonable to have a customer spend so many days waiting for them to do a job right. If we hadn't filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I don't believe the job would be done now (after nearly 11 months of follow up). This company seems to have grown too fast and has not been able grow it's customer service to match. Gave a 1 out of 10, as they seem to do rectangle windows okay.....as long as you don't need any follow up. Best advice - Stay Away from Nordik!

Hi Dave, we completely understand your frustrations with your experience and thank you for your patience and understanding during the entire process. Your formal complaint had no impact on our commitment to delivering on all of the contracted items. If anything our commitment to deliver on our contract is what prolonged the experience further and for this we apologize. There were, at times, internal discussions on whether the easiest solution would be to give up and cancel the order and that probably would have been the easiest in many ways. Do we think your experience was acceptable? No we do not. Did we delivery on all 14 contracted windows? Yes we did. It is our sincere hope that your experience is not repeated in the future by our other customers and it is also our hope now that your installations are completed you can move forward and begin to enjoy your home again and the improved comfort and energy savings that your new windows will provide.
