i had a replacement door sash needed due to peeling. while it took AGES for the part to arrive, that was not the fault of the company due to covid and supply problems.
i was contacted immediately when the part arrived and Daniel installed it very competently and professionally!
everything worked out well and it was worth waiting for.
even though the company was under new ownership now, my issue was resolved under warranty without any issues. yay!
