Daniel was my technician that came out to us to provide quality control inspection of the work that had been done at my home. The crew that originally installed my windows had some challenges and issues that needed to be resolved for my window installation to be up to Nordik standards.
Daniel came out to my home in very short notice and inspected all quality control issues with regards to this installation. I really appreciate his eye for detail and his thoroughness. Daniel put a plan in place tohave everything up to standard in an expedited manner. Once again I am very thrilled with Nordik. This is the second home that I've had windows Purchased from Nordik.
