My experience with Nordic Windows began with Barry Wood, the salesman. He came to my house, at the appointd time. He listened to what my needs were and came up with a solution to replace 13 windows and a sliding glass door. The price was reasonable, and better than any subsequent prices I got.
The install day came and Scott & Darcy performed in a professional and timely manner over the alotted 2 day period. They were efficient and respectful. When they were done, they left my property in very clean condition.
There were a few mistakes in the order, but Nordik responded quickly and resolved all issues. The final correction was installed by Ian. He was on time and completed the job promptly and professionally.
I am confident that if I should have any future issues with my windows that Nordik will stand behind their product 100%.
I highly recommend this company and all their emplyees.
