They sent their representative Chris, to give me an estimate.
He explained the virtues of PVC compared to Vinyl windows
There was no pressure to sign up I had experienced with other company sales pitch. He proceeded to print off an itemized quote and told me to notify him of my decision when and if I agreed to the agreement.
Chris was very informative, answered any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with. The following week after careful consideration I decided to order the windows.
When the windows came the installers Marco and Nash did a great job
down to the tiniest detail.
Upon completion a gentleman by the name of Ryan came to inspect the install and to make sure I was final results.
Did I pay more then the other companies quoted? Yes.
