I had an excellent experience with Nordic windows from my first meeting with the sales Representative Bruce to the last minute that the crew left my house
I have been a homeowner for over 45 years and I have never had such an outstanding level of service
Yesterday the crew arrived exactly on time
They carefully followed all the Covid precautions so I felt safe and respected
Watching them work was a pleasure because it was clear that they were skilled at their trade
They were careful with keeping my house clean and worked hard and efficiently all day until the job was done
They were pleasant and polite
When they left the house was perfect, clean and everything back in its place
I love my new windows and only wish that I had it done years ago
I will save my money to have the rest of my house done
Certainly the installation crew deserve a bonus and please thank them
Such a very positive experience from beginning to end
