We needed new windows, badly. From sales to install to customer service, we were well taken care of.
We needed over 20 windows replaced. Our sales rep Ryan was dedicated to helping us pick the right windows/design for our house and was VERY thorough in explaining the product as well as walking us through the entire process.
COVID messed up our initial time of installation, but customer service made sure we were well informed.
When the day finally came to installing the windows, we truly lucked out with the BEST install team! Alex, Zoro and the rest of their team worked so hard and with so much precision and care. They went above and beyond for us and we don’t think we could ever find the right words to properly thank them. They were all professional, courteous, and did beautiful work. Our windows and all the trim look stunning! We have two small children and the extra care they took in cleaning up during and after install was very appreciated. We truly cannot recommend them enough.
