Nordik walked us through the whole process, starting with a consultation session to explain window options and available government incentives. Then they checked in with us periodically about the energy assessment, window manufacturing, installation, post-retrofit assessment, etc. Excellent customer service. The crew replaced 26 windows and one patio door in four days. They were quick, polite, and cleaned after themselves at the end of each day. The house looks great with the new windows and the dark frames, and our home is now more energy efficient. We are happy with the result and will definitely recommend Nordik to friends.
