My kitchen window was broken by a rock thrown by lawnmower. It was not cost effective to repair the single window. Having previously dealt with Nordik, when they honoured a 25 year warranty, I called them for help. Their sales person Rick recommended a replacement window, and it was installed by Chris within a month. Great window and great service.
