3 main entry doors

Order took longer than advised. Poor workmanship, damaged our supplied door hardware on installation & was all subcontracted contrary to what sales person told us about company. Doors were supposed to be white but are pale blue. One door is the wrong panel style & doesn't match front door. Sales rep advised immediately on install day NOV 15 & all he did was delay after delay about a resolution that he claimed he was working on (with management) to only finally send a tech APR 3 to investigate the issues. So he actually didn't do anything as claimed & WHY SO LONG delay for tech?? Would post pictures here, but too many to upload. Will post them later. We have been advised about some minor deficiencies that will be fixed by sub, but major issue about colour must be addressed first so that proper color exterior trim is replaced. Very disappointed!!!!

EDITED TO UPDATE STATUS: 3 months later & issues are now worse! Instead of getting results the issues have increased. Repairs and/or replacements made with what appears to be lesser quality doors. Our new hardware that we provided has been damaged even more. Door replacements still not white, poor quality finish, damaged during delivery and/or installation. Technicians do not seem to care about repair others mistakes. Door alignment issues ongoing. Quality of workmanship is extremely poor without a care of what they are doing or damages!
