We had a sealing issue with one of the windows we had replaced this past summer and upon notifying Nordik they quickly determined it was a warranty issue after we submitted a description of the issue with photos.
The replacement process was initiated and I was updated regularly with progress notifications. Nordik accommodated our installation scheduling limitations and Haig arrived as scheduled and was extremely pleasant and efficient in replacing the unit. The design of the window contributed to the ease of replacement.
Definitely a pleasant way to start the week!
