Window Replacement

Run!! Do not walk away from this company!
Perhaps you will be one of the lucky ones who has their installation go smoothly. Unfortunately, I am not one of those customers and when things do not go well you will receive little to no support.
It took 3 years and over 30 service calls to get the windows and trim correctly installed starting in 2018. Most of these service calls involved me taking a day off work and a technician showing up with the wrong information and or equipment to do the job and therefore no work actually done. For those doing the math that is more than a weeks vacation every year for 3 years.
This is not an exaggeration; my whole story would take up pages.
Never have I written a review, positive or negative review for any company but todays call to the service department has pushed me over the edge.
After taking years to get the windows installed the outside trim is now starting to fall apart.
I called to get a service technician to come and repair the windows yet again, and spoke with Audrey.
Audrey said she would send someone out to do an assessment. I asked if they could skip the assessment and simply send out a technician with the trim and replace it. My request was denied with the explanation that my windows were special order and would have to be assessed. Which I understand if they did not already have all of this information on file from sending out a tech less than a year ago for the same problem.
When I asked to have this escalated to her manager noting the amount of time I have already taken off work her response under her breath was I dont care. The worst part is I am not even surprised, as this is the attitude I have received from this company since day one.
