Our sales representative, Chuck, was honest, helpful and very attentive. The installation team, lead by Gino, was always on time (or early) and the quality of their work was terrific. Our project was very large (26 windows, a sliding door and an exterior door) and some challenges are to be expected. What we did not expect was how quickly and thoroughly the issues were handled by the Nordik Customer Service and Installation teams. We are so happy to have trusted Nordik with our home.
