I had a front door and front window replaced. I had many issues with the front window, and they said they would send someone out. Since than they have sent out some 3 times to do the inspection, the 2nd and 3rd time being the same person. After the first person I had to repeatedly call and leave voice mails, send emails and even letters until I finally got a response. Then they said they would send someone out who is a manager, when he arrived he brought laptops and took measurements and reassured that it would be taken care of and fixed. Weeks went by and no contact so I reached out again and they didn't know what was going on so they sent the same guy out again, this time he came with just a tape measure and said the window would have to be replaced. After MONTHS of being jerked around I was frustrated especially because this window was from my daughter's nursery, so we got into a little argument and the man proceeded to WALK AWAY. There were also some minor things on the front door that need to be fixed.

So if your looking for a new door or window please don't make the same mistake I did and go the cheap route, spend a little bit more and get the professionals in there and get quality installed.
